I can’t seem to say enough about this subject. Parece que no puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este tema. I wrote another post in January titled, “ Laugh At Yourself .” You might like to read it also. Independientemente de lo que estamos atravesando tenemos que reír. I am not saying there isn’ta time to grieve or to be serious. No estoy diciendo que no hay tiempo para el duelo o que vayan a ser grave. These times do come and go and when they do, it is good to go through them. Estos tiempos de hacer aparecer y desaparecer y cuando lo hacen, es bueno ir a través de ellos. I am not referring to these times, eventhough it is good to find short periods of time to laugh during these times, if you can. No me refiero a estos tiempos, aunque es bueno para encontrar cortos períodos de tiempo para reír en estos tiempos, si puedes. Laugh, and Laugh Again! Laugh, y risa de nuevo!

Proverbs 17:21 “ A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.” (AMP) Proverbios 17:21 "Un corazón alegre es buena medicina, y un alegre mente de curación, pero un espíritu roto seca hasta los huesos." (AMP)

One reason to laugh is that it is like a medicine. Una de las razones para reír es que es como una medicina. It works healing. Funciona de la curación. I am not a doctor, I’m just quoting the scriptures. No soy médico, soy sólo citando las Escrituras. There is a lot to this scripture. Aún nos queda mucho por esta escritura. It says that a broken spirit dries up the bones. Dice que un espíritu roto seca hasta los huesos. Could this have to do with the chronic problem we have with brittle bones, especially in the elderly? ¿Podría esto que ver con el problema crónico que tenemos con huesos frágiles, sobre todo en los ancianos? Each individual has to come to grips with their own lives and choices. Cada persona tiene que hacer frente a sus propias vidas y las opciones. Now, nutrition has a lot to do with our health and just like nutrition, the state of our heart, feelings, emotions and judgments also has a lot to do with our health. Ahora, la nutrición tiene mucho que ver con nuestra salud y al igual que la nutrición, el estado de nuestro corazón, los sentimientos, las emociones y las resoluciones judiciales también tiene mucho que ver con nuestra salud.

Life is too short to carry grudges and judgments. La vida es demasiado breve para llevar rencores y las resoluciones judiciales. Who really cares anyway? Que realmente le importa de todos modos? We do, right? Lo hacemos, ¿verdad? What good does it do for us? ¿Qué lo hace bien hacer por nosotros? What good is it to those around us? Lo bueno es que a quienes nos rodean? Does it make us grumpy and complainers? ¿Qué nos gruñón y quejan? Does this cause more stress? ¿Esta causa más estrés? Does it keep others away from us? ¿Mantener a otros fuera de nosotros? Can it keep our bodies from absorbing the nutrition we need? ¿Puede mantener nuestros cuerpos de absorber la nutrición que necesitamos? Yes it can. Sí que puede. So, what can we do? Así que, ¿qué podemos hacer?

We have choices. Tenemos opciones. Things happen in our lives. Cosas que suceden en nuestras vidas. These things aren’t fair. Estas cosas no son justas. Do we respond or react? ¿Acaso responder o reaccionar? Do we really, really, really trust the Lord? ¿Realmente, realmente, realmente confiar en el Señor? Does He really know what He is doing? ¿Se sabe realmente lo que está haciendo? This is where it all comes down to, the essence of our faith and what we really believe in our hearts. Aquí es donde todo se reduce a la esencia de nuestra fe y lo que realmente creemos en nuestros corazones. Do we believe that the Lord is able to help us through anything that we face? ¿Creemos que el Señor es capaz de ayudar a nosotros a través de cualquier cosa que nos enfrentamos? If we can’t forgive, can we choose to forgive with His help? Si no podemos perdonar, podemos elegir a perdonar con su ayuda? Here again, it comes back to choice. Una vez más, vuelve a elección. Every step we take in life is by choice. Cada paso que tomamos en la vida es por elección. We live in a society that holds on to wrongs and litigates at the drop of a hat. Vivimos en una sociedad que mantiene a las injusticias y litiga a la caída de un sombrero. Whose fault is it? Quién es la culpa? Well, they need to pay. Bueno, tienen que pagar. They caused it. Ellos lo provocó. Pause for a moment and look at our society. Haga una pausa por un momento y mirar a nuestra sociedad. Take a good look. Tome un buen repaso. Everyone is fighting everyone else with the exception of a few. Todo el mundo está luchando contra todos los demás, con la excepción de unos pocos. What can we do? ¿Qué podemos hacer? We need to focus on ourselves and how we handle each situation. Tenemos que centrarnos en nosotros mismos y cómo manejar cada situación. Are grudges and judgments really good for us? ¿Rencores y sentencias realmente bueno para nosotros? Look at the bad that happens to those who hold on to grudges and judgments and then look at what happens through love and forgiveness with others. Vea la mala lo que pasa a los que aferrarse a rencores y las sentencias y luego a ver lo que pasa a través del amor y el perdón con los demás. What quality of life do they live? ¿Qué calidad de vida do que viven? What will be remembered about them? ¿Qué será recordado sobre ellos? Will it change anyone else’s life for good or bad? ¿Va a cambiar nadie más la vida para bien o para mal? We must decide. Tenemos que decidir.

Find some shows that are funny and watch them at least once a week. Buscar pone de manifiesto que algunos son divertidos de ver y por lo menos una vez por semana. Try to find things that are done in good taste, so we don’t get caught up in someone else’s judgments on the show. Trate de encontrar cosas que se han realizado de buen gusto, así que ¡no caiga en alguien más sentencias sobre el espectáculo. Have some fun. Tiene algo de diversión. Go out to a park, the mountains, the ocean and see the things the Lord has made just for you. Ir a un parque, la montaña, el mar y ver las cosas que el Señor ha hecho para ti. He sits in heaven and laughs at the plots of the enemy because He knows that His plan will succeed. Él se sienta en el cielo y ríe en las parcelas del enemigo porque Él sabe que su plan tendrá éxito. Stop by and sit with Him a while and laugh a little too. Detener y de sentarse con él un rato y reírse un poco demasiado. See everything from His perspective. Vea todo, desde su perspectiva. He knows you. Él sabe usted. He knows what you need and if you let Him, He will help you. Él sabe lo que necesita y si se deja, él le ayudará. Get to know Him and gain true understanding. Conozca a él y hacerse con cierto entendimiento. Laugh, Laugh Again! Laugh, Laugh vez más!

My prayer for all of us is that we can truly see the Lord in all of His goodness. Mi plegaria para todos nosotros es que podemos verdaderamente ver al Señor en todos los de su bondad. I know He cares for us more than we can ever know, this side of heaven. Sé que Él cuida de nosotros más de lo que podemos saber nunca, este lado del cielo. I long for His people to have the courage to go beyond our judgments and experience His love. Spend time with Him and get to know Him better than your closest friend or spouse. Pase tiempo con él y llegar a conocerle mejor que su más cercano amigo o cónyuge. He is our Father. Él es nuestro Padre. He is our Creator. Él es nuestro Creador. He is deserving of everything we can give Him. Él es merecedor de todo lo que puede dar él. Laugh, laugh, laugh! Reír, reír, reír! The enemy can not keep you from your destiny, only you can. El enemigo no puede impedir que usted tu destino, sólo puede. I so desire to meet you in this life, but if I don’t get the chance, I want to see you on the other side in His kingdom. Yo así lo deseen para hacer frente a usted en esta vida, pero si no tengo la oportunidad, quiero verlo en el otro lado en su reino. Don’t settle for second best when you can have the best just by choice. No se conforme para la segunda mejor cuando puedes tener el mejor sólo por elección. Choose life, please. Elige la vida, por favor.
