Don’t Worry

I had a vivid dream that woke me up the other morning about 25 minutes before I normally get up. There was one sentence spoken to me by the Lord. It was so strong in my mind that I was impressed to get up, go in the other room and write it down. This is the sentence. “Wait until the situation is at hand, then follow me.” What does this have to do with “don’t worry,” plenty. Don’t Worry!

I don’t remember the dream but I do remember what it was about. I was concerned over things that had not happened yet, nor was there any compelling reason to believe they would come to pass. Plain and simply it was fear coming at me night after night in my sleep for the past two months. I have enough work right now, in fact, I have more than enough but not enough to bring on any extra help. It is kind of in that catch 22 area. So I’ve been praying and watching to see what is going to happen next, but my dream state has been another story. I am not for sure if there are any unseen areas of fear in my life or if it is just a plain old attack by some demonic presence. Until it is revealed, I just have to go on and I have until I received this word in my dream.

There is something special about a Rhema word. This was a Rhema word. It was a now word spoken to me by the Lord or an angel in my sleep. Now, I had something to fight with and it immediately brought my soul to peace as I received it. My whole being just relaxed. It is so great when the Lord watches over us and gives us a word in season, at the right time,  to help us. He is so good!

I just want to share a few things with you about what is happening with me right now, but before I do, if this word helps you, use it. IF you are worrying, say the sentence out loud, listen to your voice and let the words go deep. Father cares for you and it is not by coincidence you are reading this. It doesn’t matter how the word comes to us, the main thing is that it does. Be at peace. Be at rest. Sit for a moment and relax. Imagine yourself under a soft waterfall with the water flowing over your head and down on the rest of your body. Let the water refresh you, the washing of the water of His word.

I am in a place of transition right now and there are many possibilities staring me in the face. I have my own business and sometimes it appears that some of my work may end, but it doesn’t. This week has been busier than ever, but there is more to this story. My work pays our bills and supports the ministry that we do but it requires a lot of hours. I can see that things are coming into place where I can spend more time in ministry and helping others and being able to hire others to do some of the things I am now doing. TRANSITION! I am human and I have my weaknesses and the enemy likes to show me plain and simple and sometimes very often. What happens! WORRY! Will there be enough? How do I do the normal things and still have time to move forward with the other things and still take time out for my family?

Now you can see why this rhema word, “Wait until the situation is at hand, then follow Me!” has to do with everything. Now, I can relax and just keep going one day at a time taking care of each moment as it comes. I am okay now. I can trust Father to let me know when I need to do something else. It will come in its own time and there will be peace with it. Mark 8:34-36, “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?” Follow the way of peace. Galatians 5:22-23, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

From worry to peace in an instant, this is the way of the Lord. I hope this has helped you as much as it has me. I get so blessed just sharing the things with others that He has brought me through. There is a time coming of even greater distress on the world, but in Him we can always be at peace and rest. It doesn’t matter if the storm is all around us, we are in His hands and He will guard and protect us IF we let Him. It is our choice and He honors it. Bless you today. May the goodness of the Lord overtake you and may you find a deeper walk with Him. He will never leave you or leave you alone. He is always near even if your feelings tell you otherwise. Look up and wait on Him. In the right time He will come through. Rest assured we will find out how human we really are and how great and good He really is. Have a wonderful life, no matter the circumstances.
