I have touched on this subject in a previous post, but due to the responses I’ve received, I feel the need to expand on it some. It seems there are a number of people who have and are going through this and are searching for help on the internet. Due to the guilt and feelings of defeat and discouragement that come with this situation, it is hard to share with anyone else. How do I know this? I know it by the searches that are being done on the internet. What makes it harder to share with someone else are the problems that come from sharing with others and even with those who we might believe are born-again believers instead of the love and empathy that should be there. We live in a world of judgment and degrees placed on sin. Sin is simply missing the mark. How many of us miss the mark every day? Habitual Sin!

I am not ashamed for what I believe. I don’t have to apologize to anyone for it. I am misunderstood many times, but it is only because of others perceptions about Christianity that aren’t true. What is real Christianity? There are many who proclaim to know, but they don’t all believe the same things. Why is this so? Why does it cause so much confusion? I Am Not Ashamed!

Victory and grace go hand in hand. In my opinion, they can’t be separated. How do we go on after we fall so far? How is it that our past can be changed and we can emerge as a new creation? How can we get up off of the ground after we are trampled in the mud? Simply by grace! Victorious grace!

What can I say about this subject? Been there, done that, many times. Sometimes it is easier to forgive others than ourselves, especially if it was something we think we should have known better. The truth is that we have the same rights at forgiveness through the blood of Christ as anyone else. Forgiving Yourself!

True friendships are hard to find. Oh, there are a lot of people who seem to be your friend when things are going well, but will they be there when things change. How do you know if your friends are really friends? How do you know when to let go? Sometimes it can really be complex and hard to understand. True Friendship!

I have always heard the term, “Patience is a virtue,” but no one ever told me how to get it. What about you? Would you like more patience? Over the years I think I have found some keys. I hope they help. Patience!

There has been some news lately about separation of church and state. People talk about how we need to keep the church out of the government. I am guessing that they are referring to keeping the religious leaders from imposing their authority on government leaders. Other than this, I can’t see why we would want to keep moral values and truth out of the government. IF we do this, we end up with pure chaos. Separation of Church & State!

What can we do when economies all over the world are in turmoil? No one seems to know the truth or even how to make things better. They have the best minds in the world trying to bring order to this chaos. The politicians are quick to point the finger, but no one is willing to tell what has really happened. Greed, pride and power has gotten in the way. Those in power have their hands wet and they don’t know what to do. They would rather keep it all hidden. Economies in Turmoil!

Do you ever find yourself holding on to something too hard? Do you feel that if you let go, everything will fall apart? Are you stressing out over things that don’t seem to be working or maybe just making sure that everything works the way you have planned and prayed? Do you have a child that seems to be straying away from the way you raised them? Maybe it’s time to LET GO AND LET GOD! Freefall!
